• Flexibility & Stretching
• Fitness Testing & Scheduling 
• Over 12 Practical Hands on Practice Sessions to perfect Form & Biomechanics of each exercise. 
• CPR & AED (Paid Additional, Accredited by 3^rd party)
• Q&A, Personality Development, How to Market your self & Interview Skills

Break up of course:

1. Theory 5 sessions + Practical 6 Sessions + 13 Practical Hands on practice sessions
